Very beautiful gloss finish dish not too large but a good size
Very useable mold, glitters show up beautifully but it does get some bubbles if you don’t use a poker stick to get them out around the dish’s bottom side/walls

Great mold; it is very sturdy. It was very easy to remove the mold and is a good size.

Base isn’t square, lid isn’t the best fit
The base isn’t square but fortunately that isn’t noticeable when it’s sitting on a shelf. The lid could be a better fit but that seems to be a problem with most silicone molds that aren’t threaded. It makes a beautiful “pagoda” box with a nicely shaped lid.

Cool ambit scratched
I really love this shape, it’s very cool and even though the bottom is mishapen it standards straight. The weirdest thing is that there are scratches on the inside of the mold that show up on the resin so I’ll never get a sales quality result, but still cool. Also uses soooo much resin, so expensive to use.

2 pours max
This product worked great for 2 pours. It's now deformed due to the thin material and probably heat from the pours. The lid and bottom no longer match up. After the first time, we attributed to maybe not sitting square but it has since continued for 2 more pours. Shape is great but durability not so much.

WORST mold I've ever used
I should have known better. The problem with these "deep-lid" molds, especially with the added knob detail, is that the depth of the resin makes it difficult for the UV light to penetrate, so that it takes forever to cure completely. I let this sit under the lights for the better part of two days. The bowl, of course, came out fine - and I will use it again. It's a nice bowl. The lid, however is a different story. The mold was so difficult to remove - even though I used mold release prior to using it. When I say difficult, I actually meant impossible. First problem was when the knob broke off. I guess I should have taken a picture of that before I glued it back on but I didn't think of that. Anyway, while the knob was still stuck in the mold, I was trying to clean around the broken edges, and as the curing had been incomplete, some of the "skin" of the lid peeled off (see circled close-up). Anyway, the knob absolutely would NOT come out, so I had to take some little, sharp, pointy scissors and cut the mold around it into little tiny pieces to get the knob and secure it (with more resin) to the lid and let it cure overnight. Because the light needed to be underneath to shine up into the break. The knob IS attached now, but it will be a long while before I fully trust it. But no matter - I now have a mold for a nice dish. There will bever be another lid from the mold I bought. I can't return it because it was destroyed. Oh well. Live and learn.
