Perfect Fit
Second time buying this! Works excellent. The first time this kit fixed our dryer no problem. The only reason we had to get a second one was because while fixing another part we broke this part agin 🤦🏼♀️😅. It’s a fit for our Maytag model MEDC215EW1 and super easy to install.

Bought the heating coil january twenty third installed, january twenty fourth.Heating coil fell apart into pieces on february twenty fifth and had to be replaced.Do not buy.

Helpful temporary fix
Worked great as a temporary fix! We purchased ours Dec 2024 and it gave out Feb 2026. Helpful during a time crunch.

WED4815EW1 Drop and swap
For model WED4815EW1 a drop and swap no issues. I measured resistance on one that was not heating great measured 9.5 ohms new one 14.5. All other components when I pulled original one off part numbers matched up. Only 1 you have to pay attention to it has 4 wires and on the base of the component there are some small numbers to orient it correctly.
