I'm no stranger to Fitness. The pandemic hit my body hard and I definitely put on some weight, so I was looking for a supplement to help jump-start my journey back to health. Mostly for financial reasons, I landed on this product.This review might be a little premature because I'm only on my first day abuse, but I wanted to talk about what I've noticed thus far.I took my first serving as directed this morning and then a breakfast as I usually would. It's been about 6 hours since then, and usually I would be pretty hungry by now, especially since I just smoked one of my daily Blunts and I have the munchies. Even though I definitely feel hungry, I don't have a desire to eat. Actually, the thought of eating is kind of making me nauseous a little bit, right now. I'm just really thirsty.I view both of these as positive effects of the supplement. For this thing to be suppressing my appetite while I am high, is amazing. Add to it, The Thirst I'm experiencing is going to force me to drink water which would just help with the thermogenic effects of this supplement. I will update this review as I continue my servings throughout the weeks oh, but so far, 100 % recommend.

Please take one pill at a time not at once. It’s a little strong. It does help with water retention and appetite suppressing. Just ensure to drink plenty of water

I took it around 7 am this morning. I was wishing for a Pre workout energy push. It didn't happen. So I ate breakfast...and ran errands. Around 1pm I worked out. You should have seen my body. I never sweat this hard. I will update this review later but right now this product is a pleasant surprise. Update, it really does help with appetite control.

Works better than anything I ever tried before.

At first I really like this product, it gave me energy but then after the 2nd day I started to notice I felt more irritated and finally looked it up and found out that these types of workout pills do cause your anxiety to go up. I stopped taking it and I’m so glad. I do not have high anxiety so if you do I would be where of this product .

Extremely happy with the results that this product produces. I have used this for 9 months and unlike most nutrition products, this one actually works and delivers. I have ordered this product over 4x and have been happy with my results.

Have not noticed a difference. Purchased for appetite control, but I have to say I've been binge snacking more than ever, and gaining weight as a result. I'm always concerned about supplements making me sick, as many have, but I'll give this two stars because it never made me feel sick. I'll finish the bottle, which is more than halfway through at this point, but I'm thinking it won't change my opinion.

I've been an avid supporter of Beast Nutrition for years. It's the most effective without questionable ingredients. Ever since Vitamin Shoppe stop selling it, Amazon is the quickest turnaround.
