There is more to like about this product than just the looks. It is a fantastic product for many purposes. Weekly grocery is easier than ever. The cart itself is lightweight but I can certainly carry my weekly grocery easily. There are many pockets in this cart and I specially love the back pocket where I can keep my cell phone and other small items. The handle is well designed and works well with both tall and short people. Even after filling it to the capacity, it didn't fall over to any side, front or back and I was able to roll it easily. If the seller can may be add the stair climbing wheels to this cart in the future then that would be awesome. All in all, a great buy and I will definitely recommend it to others as well.

The ONLY reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that NO instructions come with it. What if I wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed? Other than that...once you get it together, this is quite the cool cart! It's easy to pull when full and it does hold quite a bit of groceries! It folds easy...it carrys easy..So all & all..I'm quite pleased.

I really wanted to write a good review but it broke after two uses. I live on the 3rd floor of a triplex and there is no elevator. I wanted a way to make carrying and buying my groceries easier. My first time out with it, the trolley performed very well. But the second time the plastic that held the stand snapped. I could understand the plastic becoming fragile after a long lifetime use, but not after two gentle uses.I would not recommend this product because I feel ripped off due to not getting many uses from it. I can’t even fix it with tape and I have tried.

good quality and just the right size to move groceries from the parking to the aptupdate:the plastic handle split after moderate use for 1 month. the rest of the cart is ok but without a functional handle cannot be used. very disappointed, changed the rating from 5 to 2 stars

I really see myself using this cart. I needed something that I could use to haul the groceries bags into the kitchen without making multiple trips to the car and the kitchen. I think this cart can also help with picnic stuff and other trips to the market and library as well. Very practical and a great value for the price. Its built strong and very smooth to roll. I like the design as it does not put any strain or load on the arms when pulling. My son does not help with bringing the bags inside the house but with this cart he is all of sudden a big helper :)

Love how light the frame is. I was disappointed in the quality of the tote, it came with a small rip in front pocket and has wear marks on the inside after 1 week use.

We bought this trolley 11 months back and have put it to rigorous test in all kind of shopping experiences ranging from groceries to malls. Most trolleys I purchased in the past wear off in one year of extensive use, but we are pleased to see that this trolley is holding firm. We liked the ergonomic design as it made it easier to move the trolley around for extended duration. The cloth and wheels used in this trolley are heavy duty and have been able to withstand excess load. My wife found the multiple pockets quite handy to sneak in small items. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase.

UPDATE: After posting my one star review, I hoped the company would reach out to me, but they did not. I found their email address in their response to another one star review, and wrote to them with the pictures of the broken trolly. They responded quickly and immediately sent out a replacement. Five stars for great customer service. I’m still not giving it 5 stars overall because, it did break quickly. Hopefully the new one does not break, and it was just a faulty part the first time around.I bought this for my mother so she could carry groceries from the store and from the car into the house. She loved it at first. The material was nicely waterproof, it was light, and rolled really well. Unfortunately within less than two months, the plastic mechanism that locks the front kickstand so that the backpack stands on its own broke, and the wheels became incredibly loose. She can still roll it, but it can’t stand on its own, so she can’t stop to rest if she needs to, rendering the thing completely useless. Very disappointing.
