It didn’t do anything for me. Made no difference at all.

Q: How long does a 30ml bottle last?

1 serving (pipette full) is 1ml so you'd have 30 lots. How long those last depends how often you use it. I just use it when I am anxious or can't sleep so it last's me ages but it will depend.
