we were going on a 5 hour flight and i knew i needed support for my back so i wouldn't be in pain at the end of it. this pillow is perfect. it is a combination of memory foam and inflatable. it has a little valve that lets you blow it up more than the memory foam if you need more support and it takes seconds to fill it. i blew it up and then opened the valve slightly as i leaned on it to let air out until i was comfortable. it comes with a little bag to keep it in and it squishes down nicely to go back in it. this is honestly the best travel pillow i've ever owned and i will probably buy another one to keep in my car. if you need back support this is the pillow to get.

Love how easy it is to blow up and let out and be able to pack in small spaces. It's great for traveling and could definitely use it at home if I wanted. Would definitely recommend this product. And hopefully will be getting a few more in the future. Quality is great and comes with a soft adjustable eye mask and great carry case.

I usually use a memory foam neck support pillow with small roll on one side and larger roll on other but too big to take with me when I travel by plane. Purchased this for a recent cruise and it worked great. Felt a little small at first and too firm, but the great part of this pillow is that you can easily let out a small amount of air at a time, even while your head is on it, and that way you can adjust the amount of firmness you want. Worked great for me and easy to take out all the air and pack in carry on bag.

While I originally bought this for air travel, I , frankly, did not find it that easy to use in an airplane seat for head comfort. But the strap made it easy to put in my car for lumbar support and then if going to a long meeting, I can grab it and take it inside with me. So it has become indispensable for me.
