A very good cord - with little help.
Yes, people have complained about the link part falling off the cord - its just tooth-bent clamp on the cord - here’s the deal:Take a small-tooth wrench clamp on both sides of the metal connectors from the links: Not on the side where you see the connector teeth!!!Clamp hard: and the cord will work as it’s supposed to.

The leather is attractive, however, I am a little concerned about the claw clasp. It was not of the quality that I expected.

HUGE clasp. Order a size or two up from what you really want.
Love the necklace! HOWEVER...it is not the length I ordered (22") and the clasp is so huge the large cross I bought for my boyfriend to go with it will not slide over it. Seriously, why so huge?? My boyfriend can't wear it because it is tight on him so I'm keeping it for myself. I will have to buy him something else. Sigh...

Description states “satan finished stainless steel”, which persuaded me to buy. After wearing you can see the clasp is NOT stainless steel.

The quality of the necklace is very good and the clasp is sturdy and easily fastened. It gets three stars because I ordered a 20" necklace for my wife, but received a 16" one instead. We ordered a second necklace (22", just in case ordering another 20" would result in another incorrect one being shipped). Hopefully she will find a use for the 16" one we received in error initially.
