How long will the charge last without using

Not sure exactly. Just like other recharging batteries the beam is much brighter for the first 3 to 4 minutes. Works great . Very bright and low profile on the pistol

Does it fit a Ruger SR9c?

No. The H3L series laser sight won't fit Ruger SR9c

Will this fit a tarsus 9mm pt111?

I can confirm it does not correctly fit the g2 unless it is tilted upwards or not fully secured😭
