My daughter goes through sketch and drawing pads like you wouldn't believe so these are great quality and texture as well as good value for money.

Good quality paper ideal for pencil work

This is definitely not the best sketching paper a serious artist would choose and that is evident in the cut edges of both the paper sheets, AND the card front and back of the pad. However, they were a seriously good buy for 6 of them, and as I will only be letting my granddaughters use them to make sure that what they draw with felt pens doesn't come through to the table, they fit the bill perfectly. Artists on a budget should give them a try as the paper is well weighted. I ordered 6 because I like to sketch myself as a pastime, so I'll also be using these. My first experience with the paper is that you don't want to be doing too much erasing as the paper easily rubs thin. Also, don't be fooled by the "60 pages" claim. There are 30 sheets in each pad so 60 sides, not pages. Fine for my granddaughters who will use both sides, but I myself rarely draw on both sides of a sheet so for my use at least, that's 30 pages per pad. Have to add that this is the case on most, if not all listings on Amazon for sketch pads. The service from the seller and Amazon was, as always, spot on.

Kids loved it

We really liked to be able to purchase on bulk as our children were getting through paper very fast! However they didn't want just copier paper they wanted a good quality thick paper that can withstand different art pens and that is exactly what this is. Nice vibrant white colour and textured sketch paper. Would definitely purchase again.
