Steeda 555-5532 Extreme G-Trac Brace (2015 Mustang)

One of my first additions for track handling. Easy install, especially if you have, or in my case, have a friend that has a lift.

I installed this on my 2018 mustang GT. Everything lined up fine but I couldn’t get the inserts to fit, so I pushed them in as far as I could, torqued the bolts, then pulled them out. This kept the metal from crimping. Other than attempting to get the inserts in place, the install was pretty straightforward. I used ramps, and jackstands to lift the car and hold in place. The car now feels very stable in the front end and steering is very responsive. I also installed the steeda subframe braces on the rear of the car. I’d recommend these for any S550 mustang owner. Even if you don’t do anything else to your suspension, I recommend installing these.

Would have received 5 stars if the all of the mounting holes lined up properly. This does have some flex to it, so i was able to get mounting holes lined up.Other then that, pretty easy install.

I started with a Performance Pack car and added the subframe connectors and Extreme G track brace. I also have the ultra light jacking rails and subframe support bushings. The car handled pretty good with the Performance Pack suspension parts and now it’s as if it’s on rails. I didn’t think the suspension in this car could get any better but thanks to Steeda’s parts it’s incredible. Do yourself a favor and get the jacking rails and extreme G track brace too. You could check the mustang5g boards classified to save a fewcoins.
