Easy to assemble. Feels sturdy. Make sure it's secure.
I bought this to keep a convertible car covered year-round in a very sunny driveway. Putting this together was fairly easy. The assembly instructions could be a little more detailed, but it's not too difficult to figure it all out. The product video gives you hints about assembly, but it would be nice to have a more detailed step-by-step set of pictures or even a full video to make it simpler. I advise that you take a few minutes to take everything out of the box and lay it all out on the ground to plan out the assembly. In total it took my wife and me about 90 minutes in total to get it assembled and in position. All the poles, connectors, and bungee feel solid and durable. It's a nice touch that they include 2 pairs of gloves, as some of the pole ends are a little jagged/sharp. The roof cover seems like it might be a bit thin, but we'll see how it holds up over time through the seasons and direct sunlight. They include a lot of hardware to secure the canopy when it's all assembled, including weight bags, ground pegs, and rope - all of it feels strong and sturdy. It's not convenient for me to secure the foot bases to a slab or to the ground, so I'm relying on weights at the base of each leg. The weight bags are sturdy and easy to fill. I used sand, and the 4 included bags held 50lbs of sand combined. I'll get another 4 to secure all of the legs, and will likely get bigger weight bags to make it more secure. For now I've strapped the corner poles to cinder blocks. I'll likely find a way to use the included ropes to secure it all even further. Once everything was put together and the legs secured, it felt very sturdy and solid. I've had it for just a few weeks and it has already been subjected to 30+ mile per hour winds, a lot of rain, below freezing temperatures, and a little snow. Everything has held together nicely, it hasn't moved, and the roof cover is in great shape. I'll probably add a solar light kit to it at some point.

Foits great, nice tarp replacement and customer service
We bought this two years ago. The frame is still OK, but he tarp ripped off after 8 months. Doria from technical support was amazing and helped me to get a replacement.

Their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with.
I had not had my carport up more than a week when I backed a small cargo trailer into the corner post and buckled it. Doing so also buckled a side rail above it via the corner brace coming in at a 45 degree angle to it. After I searched in vain for replacement poles that had been bent, I wrote to the company. I explained how it had been about six months since I bought it, and I caused the damage. Their customer service department was very helpful and immediately sent replacements to me. I had not had such a rapid and helpful response from any other company before, and that is saying something because I'm 77 years of age, and have dealt favorably with a lot of companies! By the way, I found the carport to be a very substantial structure and it was fairly easy to put together by myself. I will add that we had a fairly substantial storm come through the other day in Houston, Texas, and it held up beautifully, in spite of the fact that I only tied it down on the four corners and hadn't even put the new poles in at the time! So thank you Kelly and your Customer Service team for helping me with my Advance Outdoor Carport, you are the best!

Well designed and engineered - quality for price with some adjustments
Chose this product based on consistency of reviews (not too many negatives and overall good reviews). Also chose because it was the heaviest of all similar products - figured heavier meant more strength. I added four more sand bags so that all legs had ballast. The bags suppled were good - held about 10 pounds of sand. I also used 10inch nails for the footings. Lot better than what was supplied. Also tied nylon rope on the top rail to the vehicle wheel well since the cover is being used for long term storage. Held up to strong winds so far. Only up about three weeks. Impressed with cover - has built-in reinforced lining where it touches the top rails. Had a couple missing and damaged parts and good customer service to get them delivered, though transit was two weeks.

Do NOT purchase !!!
Quality of product very poor !!! The adjustable height are little one foot pieces that just slide into each other not very sturdy at all. Returned the product and was responsible for Return shipping which was as much as the purchase price of one of the carports , Amazon expects you to purchase something sight unseen then pay for the return of cheap quality product! The carport it over $250 each and I purchased 2 of them. Will not be buying anything large from Amazon ever again !!!!

Needs lateral support design.
Good but structural lateral supports are needed. Make sure you bolt this down as the first storm it will be ruined. I had to cross brace mine.

Fantastic
The directions were a little difficult but once I figured out the one step that I wasn't understanding, everything went great. I was able to get most of it put together myself and took it down myself. I'm a small woman (5'3") I think next time I won't need any help at all. I love that the pieces click together so they won't come apart. Comes with everything you need including gloves if you want them. I definitely recommend this canopy. I had it up for a month in heat, rain, thunder and lightning... literally every weather this summer and no issues. Especially loved the braces, that was the clencher for purchasing this canopy and it didn't let me down. The one thing I did that wasn't in the instructions or box, I used my own heavy duty stakes for securing it. My stakes are 18" long as I don't trust any tiny tent stake. Highly recommend !!

Cheap fast sailboat cover
Not perfect but keeps rain weather out of my cockpit deck and instruments. Handled 50+ mph winds for a week . Used all anchors , assembled myself, easy to build. Since my 22 ft Sailboat was a bit big for it had to be creative tarped bow front and carport bit to short needed to raise my legs 4 inches with cement blocks , used sandbags on all 8 legs , bought 4 extras. Unable to fastened legs on 4 inch lift concrete. Yet still worked fine .. light enough to work around , hope to improve on this as time wears it out . Very satisfied for affordable carport so far .
