Bought this for my wife for Xmas. She is korean and thinks that you have to pay $1,000-$1,500 for a decent one. She was very sceptical and wanted to return it without even trying it. Her friends came over for New year's, I hooked it up to my stereo system and they all loved it. The only issue we, She had was, when you turn the voice control up all the way you get some distortion. After I convinced her to keep the voice at around 80% (25) and turn up the stereo volume all was good.I would say for the price it is more than worth it. A very good product with tons of preloaded songs including a fair amount of American songs. Her friends have been over to use it about 20-30 times this year and haven't had a single complaint regarding song choice and SEVERAL complements on the quality. Korean women are very opinionated and stubborn, and if my wife, the queen of doubt likes it, it's top notch. Take my word you won't be disappointed.

My family and I got this for my mom for a Mother's Day present and it was AMAZING!! She loves it! We hooked it up to the TV and got started singing almost right away. My mom is Korean, so we didn't have TOO hard of a time setting it up. There was a 3-page (tiny) English instruction part for just the immediate setup steps, but nothing extensive in English. Be assured, though, this product is 100% Korean. However, I'm only leaving 4 stars because one of the microphones arrived broken. We could not use the second microphone which was kind of a bummer because we all wanted to sing! If the seller can contact me to discuss changing out the broken microphone, this would easily be changed to 5 stars!!UPDATE:Immediately after contacting seller, they were able to provide a replacement mic and already had a tracking number provided for me. Their response was quick and they resolved my issue right away! Very happy with the seller and this product. We will use this for a long time to come, I'm sure. Thank you to the seller for their great customer service!

Excellent karaoke machine. The only drawback is that the manual and the functions are all in Korean, but this is known when purchased, so can't mark down for that. Thus said, if you don't have someone who knows Korean to help you get it set up, you can figure it out pretty quickly.The sound quality is excellent, and the song selection is great. It even has quite a few current songs as well as many of the classics.I should note that if you are only using a television and not a sound system, this unit will not work on all televisions. We originally hooked it up to a Panasonic, and there was a delay in the mic. We called customer support and they informed us that it sometimes has a delay when played through certain TV's. We then tried on an Emerson, and it would not even work. (Got an error message on the TV saying the signal was not compatible. Finally tried it on my daughters TV and everything worked perfectly. (A Samsung TV...go figure..ha!) If you are using a newer TV it should not be an issue. Also, again, if using a sound system, it should not be an issue.Once we got the bugs all figured out (all on our end), I absolutely love this product!!Oh, and the shipping time was amazing! We ordered on a Thursday evening and it arrived all the way from South Korea the following Tuesday morning! Arrival estimate was April 5th to April 10th, but we received it on April 2nd! I'm very happy with all aspects of this purchase.

The item works good, but I’m giving 3 stars because it doesn’t have enough English songs that is worth almost $500. I was told that it needs to be updated by buying the “certification” card which would cost me. It’s annoying how I needed to buy to be able to get updated karaoke when I just literally bought it. Should have been updated by the time you get the item. Also, the remote doesn’t work. It works when you pick for specific number of song, but could not search for a specific title of the song and singer.I am getting a hold of it’s customer service and so far has been good about me Returning the item since I have been having a hard time every time I try to use it. I’ll wait and see about my refund and update my review.

I rarely leave reviews but I just wanted to let yall know about my experience so far with this system, literally got it days ago and I'm so happy I have my karaoke nights back, if yall spent lots of time at noreabangs then this is a great investment. I have bare minimum knowledge of how to read and type out hangul and its a breeze to set up and start using after learning the basics.I've seen some reviews mentioning trouble with connecting with hdmi and I had that initial problem but its easily fixed in the settings when you first connect with the rca cables and you'll have to set it to hdmi connection. Its not hard to find even without knowing the language.Once everything is connected you can use it right away. I don't know if I'm missing volume updates but I don't have certain songs I've sung at noraebangs using the same system, an example is that I can't find any Ateez music and I try downloading old volumes and updating the system but it only updated vol. 70. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 star is cause I think my system doesn't have all its volumes downloaded and I wasted 40 bucks trying to see if I can download volume 64 and 65 early 2019 songs.If anyone knows how to check song list for old volumes let me know, cause the Tj app shows blank list for music between 1/2019 to 5/2019.

It just arrived, and the initial update + certification process was a breeze. Granted I am Korean.. so nothing was particularly hard. Song info was up to date until the last database, so I had to update to the latest one, and the initial update is free.Setup was super easy. You just connect HDMI to the TV and it works.This machine is worth every penny :D
