RUNWE [2021 Upgrade] Arm Exerciser Hydraulic Power Twister Adjustable 33-441lbs, Home Chest Expander, Shoulder Muscle Training Fitness Equipment, Arm Enhanced Exercise Strengthener with LCD Counter

I purchased this exerciser and another on Amazon ( listed as brand name DEDAYL...although there are others under different names that look & function exactly the same as the Dedayl one) , tried them out and carefully compared them. I thought that the RUNWE being advertised as a "2021 Upgrade" would mean better/updated quality and performance but that's not the case at all & it's being returned. The arms on the RUNWE are a bit longer and spread slightly wider (which would seem to be a benefit) but they also feel "wobblier" when using...the handle ends also hit together on the bottom when pushing closed and can wind up offset when they hit together (doesn't happen on the Dedayl). This one also seems a lot weaker as at the highest settings I can move the arms slightly whereas on the Dedayl I can't budge them at the level 20 setting. The worst thing here is that the hydraulic cylinder is held by a metal bracket around the cylinder attached by screws and it looks like this could very likely be a failure point in the future in that the bracket can eventually slide up or off the cylinder esp. under high resistance. The Dedayl and others have opposing L-shaped metal lips that hook UNDER the bottom of cylinder and it seems near impossible to have the cylinder slip out, short of the steel lips bending or cracking. Also, the LCD readout screen on this is gimmicky and not really useful or necessary. The only thing it really has going for it is that it is better packaged, coming in a molded foam packaging and nice sturdy box (where the Dedayl was bubble wrapped in a flimsier box....but it is the much better exerciser).

To get right to the point I had man boobs in two weeks there gone. I did 15 mins a day on level 7 watching TV ever commercial break I did 35 pumps and my chest gotten hard... thats it.

No matter how hard I try, the circle won't turn. There are no instructions in the video or online help (that I can find) to deal with this.
