This baking soda is aluminum free! Works like any other baking soda but with the comfort of knowing it is safe to use. Too many additives are being put in our food supply and it's nice to find things that are still genuinely real.Not only for cooking, but throw some in your tub for a nice soak! It's good for your body! I add to my shampoo when washing my hair for a really clean feel. Try it!

The best thing about this is the packaging, since it is a zip-close. So easy to keep contained. I also love the fact that it is aluminum-free.

The sodium content is 164 "grams" for a 1/8 of a teaspoon! This must be a misprint. I notified the company they responded quickly.
