Bucket of steel. Hard as heck to open.
It's a bunch of epsom salt. The container was extremely hard to open and re close. Which resulted in my cat using it as a litter box. I would not recommend.... not because of the cat box it because you'll feel like you're vibrating your fingertips trying to pry this thing open.

Great epsom salt.
I would recommend this salt to any one who has some type of muscular pain.

I fall down a fair amount
It would work better if I had access to opening the bucket so I could use the product. My fault though I waited until after my 6am wipeout after a 4 mile dog walk, by then my hands were of little use.
