Great Product That Works
I have bought the 24 port and 48 port version and would highly recommend these for cable management. All my cables are in the back and in the front I have short patch cables running to my enterprise switches.

I am pleasantly surprised
For my home rack project, I really wanted a patch panel solution where the couplers are all RJ-45 and you do not have to terminate with a punch tool. Punching down and terminating would have required too much custom wiring because of its permanent nature, and would have driven my cost up. After reading all the 'meh' reviews, I started to worry about a solution like this, because there didn't seem to be too many "great" options. Everyone always suggested the traditional punch tool approach. Well, this thing works great so maybe all those reviews were written by telco guys who like doing things one way only! ;)First: mechanical fit and finish:The keystones are well-seated and wiggle only the slightest amount, which I consider normal. It's never been an issue pulling cable in or out. No couplers have fallen out. All connections click well, and cables are not coming loose out of the jacks.Properly-seated cables stay in rigidly, and if you're using good cable, you don't really need the cable support arms either. I did install them, but I did not use twist ties to secure the cables because their weight is well-supported on the arms. It's the proper height for 2U as well. Fits correctly into my rack and is very secure. Unfortunately the description on the website refers to both 1U and 2U but you can tell from the photos that it's 2U. It is /not/ 1U if you're buying the 48-port model! Now for the technical / performance aspects:Firstly, it's perfectly capable of providing 10G speeds with Cat6, 6a, and 7 cable. I tested the speeds and all my software reports full duplex/10G connectivity. I am running vSAN on VMware so this is a "no-joke" application; there is no margin of error for running vSAN with speed/bandwidth issues so the cabling solution needs to be airtight. Obviously, 100M and 1G speeds over Cat 5 are perfectly fine, too.Secondly, POE and POE+ work without a hitch. I have no idea why people complained about POE or claimed the patch panel becomes electrified if you use POE. That is an absurd remark unless you received a very faulty and dangerous unit. And if you ground the panel properly, the risk of shock is greatly reduced. If you're using this indoors, you are probably using regular unshielded copper ethernet cable, and electric shock is non-existent. If you are using shielded cable indoors, I'd love to know why, but - ground your panel.Which brings me to one of two flaws: the grounding cable is too short. It's already terminated with the grounding fork, but you're going to want to extend it, most likely. Please do so correctly. I happen to have a Cisco 3750-X switch which has grounding terminals within reach of the cable, so I just grounded it to the body of the switch. Grounding is not as difficult as electricians would have you believe. You can even ground the panel to your rack if your rack is properly grounded to your mains. The second flaw is minor and that is that the couplers, in my opinion, are just a /bit/ too long (or deep). This is nit-picking, but a slightly smaller coupler would make plugging cables in a bit less of a dexterity exercise.Other than this, I highly recommend this product, and you can't go wrong at this price.

Tidys up server rack
This is exactly what I needed. This nifty patch panel with cat6a keystone interconnects is a godsend. I had over a dozen various network cables and accessories routing from the rear of my rack to the front switches. These were not hard wired into the existing patch panel because they were added later and not part of the main cable drop from the wall in my home.Adding this patch panel meant I could connect all of the various cables to the rear of the panel, zip tie and cinch those together nicely, and then use short CAT6A cables to cleanly route those from the front of this panel into the switches. Furthermore, this makes adding new network devices a breeze. Now just need to up my game with some rack mounted switches. 🤦♂️

Works Great
Needed something for 10GB PoE networking and I can confirm that this product supports both. The cable tray on the back is also a plus, but could be mounted better. Overall, a great product and I have no complaints.
