Very Good product. One can buy with closed eyes.

This is a terrible product. Even something as basic as toast cannot be made at lower temperatures. You need to raise the temperature to 250 degrees just to make toast and it burns. Keep it lower and it does not cook. No baking can be done since the temperature regulator does not work properly. On complaining to the company, I got a technician who pestered me with frequent calls to ask for directions, and then said helplessly after examining the product that it would only work at 250 degrees, which is useless for many recipes. He refused to take the product with him to repair it. I discovered too late that none of the reputed shops in markets near me stock Wonderchef. They told me it was a very poor quality brand and they don’t want to ruin their own reputations by keeping it.

The media could not be loaded.  You can mark the width of door is little wider than the other side. No rotating rod is provided for chicken as in other brand OTGs. Heat distribution & temperature control is not upto the mark.
