I take quercetin for allergies. It helps so much, I never have to take any antihistamins. Also, I really like the bottle design. It is slender and pretty, much better than a lot of other bottles, which are too big for the amount of supplement inside.

love these, they do the job
this is part of my MCAS protocol. I take this every day and it really does help. it's inexpensive and it has no side effects. the pills are easy to swallow. my daughter prefers this brand because it does not have extra ingredients. there is one side effect which is known for quercetin, it does sometimes make your breasts grow.
