Is this compatible with a belifu tens sm9126?

Doubtful, tried to get it to work with a Tens 3000 and a tens/ems Belifu, but neither would work. Both units work fine for my back and muscle aches. In my opinion, this thing is a POS and the company didn't even reply to my complaint. Also can't be returned even if not actually used. Can't even get a replacement!

Would it be safe to use a condom over the probe for easy clean?

A latex condom is not electrically conductive, so it would prevent the probe from functioning.
