compact but sturdy, perfect for traveling
I use a poop stool at home, which makes life easier. I got this one specifically for my British vacation last summer, and it worked perfectly. It easily folds flat, so it takes little room in the suitcase, but it is quite sturdy when opened out. It comes with a carrying bag to keep it separate from other suitcase contents. I was really glad I took it with me.

Squatty Potty to go!
Bought this for my daughter to see if would work on the cruise, it DID!!! Small enough for a cruise bathroom and lightweight and foldable to fit in suitcase. It locks when in use and easy to unlock for travel. I would not use for everyday home use, but for travel, it was definitely perfect.

Got poop probs?
THIS my friends is the holy grail of toilet accessories. As someone who has struggled with constipation and difficult bm’s, this has saved my life (and my bhole let’s just be real). I typically spend 25 minutes or more on the commode trying to force my poops out. It strained me and caused me to have painful internal hemorrhoids. I bought this because I heard about it on a podcast, and after trying everything else, I was desperate. It’s amazing!!!! It elevates my feet but not in a painful or awkward way. It’s like it straightens out my bowels and everything flows out smooth as silk in no time flat. No more straining - no more gripping the toilet in pain begging for sweet release. Not to be dramatic, but it has changed my life. The portable version is great because it folds right up real small and fits in your bag. But it’s also very sturdy when you set it up. Buy this - your anus will thank you.

A must have for traveling
This is my second portable Squatty Potty I've purchased. The first one was made of wood and very sturdy, I let my daughter borrow it for a trip and she left it at my brother's house. Because I believe in sharing the Squatty Potty love, I decided to let him keep it and buy a new one. This plastic one is very lightweight and travels well. It's not as sturdy as the wooden one (obviously) but it certainly does the job. I would buy it again, Squatty Potties are WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Better porta-squatty but not perfect
Long time fan of the Squatty-Potty devices, and have them in every washroom I regularly use. However, contending with the needs to poop away from home, you usually can’t find something handy to substitute at the right height for comfort and assistance. I had purchased their earlier travel version (Porta-Squatty) which was an inflatable. It was handy, but a bit heavy and bulky to pack. However, I found that it would not stay inflated and would need to be given another boost of air each time it was to be used. This was inconvenient, particularly because you don’t always have that extra time on your hands...if you know what I am saying... I believe this was likely a general QC issue with the inflatable product, since it has been discontinued. The new and improved Porta-Squatty is solid plastic with two folding leg panels. Comes with a carrying bag that can make it a little more discrete to carry in a more public setting, as well as for packing. The plastic synch lock on the drawstring was damaged somewhere in transit, but is not essential or critical to using the bag or device. The P-S is easy to open and setup, and equally easy to close. However, the weight is still a factor for packing and weighs more than the old inflatable. Very sturdy, but as indicated on the affixed warning label, it is NOT a step stool to stand on. It is still just to elevate your feet/legs for a better position for easier more productive evacuation. As a rigid item, where it can be placed in a suitcase can also be a problem. It’s like packing a cutting board in your suitcase. As my rolling suitcase interior is not flat due to the channel for the retractable handle, you potentially lose some packing space if you are also weight distribution conscious and want to put the P-S at the bottom of the pack. (However, that also means it is not easily accessible until you arrive at your destination). It may be too long to fit in some under-seat carry-on bags (if you want to keep it really handy), and presents the same problem of lost packing space due to its rigidity. Glad to have this more portable version for travel, just wish it were lighter in weight and easier to pack.

Good traveling tool
Believe it or not, these things truly do work and I DID take it on our last trip...glad I did. Your body becomes upset when traveling, so having an additional tool to help was good.

Why are you waiting?
No matter your age, the squatting position to clear out your bowels is the key to success, in addition to a balanced diet and exercise. I have a sturdy potty squatty that I use at home daily, but when traveling this stool is a bit heavier and larger to pack in a suitcase. I read many reviews here on Amazon ;for the pros and cons of this unit and I decided it was worth the try. This portable unit is 1.15 pounds in total weight where my home unit is almost 5 pounds. The portable unit is not as durable and should not be used as a stepping stool for children or adults. Its MAIN purpose is only to elevate your legs so that you simulate the squatting position while on the toilet. It works perfectly, is 7 inches in height, folds easily and works as promised. You will not be disappointed.

This little stool is a game-changer. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and the perfect height to help you get into the right squat position. Makes going to the bathroom feel way more natural and comfortable. If you’ve been curious about a squatty stool, this one works great — simple, effective, and easy to store.

Le produit livré ne correspond pas du tout à la photo. Il est blanc (et non gris), plus épais même si pliable et il n'y a pas de pochette de voyage comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Je retourne le produit car déçue de cette non conformité !

Love this Squatty Potry. Very good for the pelvic floor. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and easy to adjust.
