didn't fit well
I was really hoping this would fit well but was dispapointed to find the ear holes were not long enough. I'm a 6'00 tall and when I put it on and secured it so my jaw was comfortable the ear holes were to high on it and the neopreme was half on and half off my ear. I ened up moving it forward of my ear to make it work.

Single, slippery strap over head slides around & off at night.
This strap is extremely well made. It is also very large (XL), so as a small lady I had to use the inner most edges of the velcro to secure it to my head, and it was barely tight enough. The design of the strap passing under the chin is very good, as there is no seam and it cradles the chin well. I have long hair, so the placement of the ear holes was less of an issue for me than some who have written reviews. The biggest issues were: 1) the single strap over the top of my head had to be positioned directly opposite of my chin in order to apply the pressure needed to keep my mouth closed, 2) because of the single over-the-head strap design, the whole thing would slip forward over my head or down behind my head during the night or sometimes before I could even get to bed. I suppose that if you have really course hair, it might stay put - but it did not stay in place for me. I'll send this one back & search for a model that uses the "Y" design over the top of the head and has no seam for the chin/face area.

Solution to overnight dry mouth
I purchased this hoping for some relief from overnight dry mouth. I apparently sleep with my mouth open and awake parched (especially in the winter when the air is dry because of our wood stoves). My dentist expressed concern because of decay at my gum lines due to the dry mouth. I'm happy to have found this strap which holds my mouth closed as I sleep. It does slip off sometimes and needs to be readjusted now and then, but my problem is largely solved. I use it with the mesh side out as the mesh itches a bit-it works perfectly this way. Am so glad to have found it!

well cant keep on all night doesnt stop snoring either used hand full of nights its not that uncomfortable but doesnt stay put on head and chin
