Did NOTHING. Please read.
Went on a 5 day strong antibiotic and it made me constipated because it killed off all of my good gut bacteria. Thought to then counter the adverse effects of the antibiotic with a good probiotic so I went on Amazon and this CaptainBiotics had the best reviews. I started taking 1 a day for a week and there was no change. Then went to 2 a day with no change. Then 3 a day and still no change. Simply stated, this product did NOTHING for me.What did work? And what I should've done from the beginning......is to ingest probiotics through natural food sources. So I went to the supermarket and bought a bag of cold "barrel cured" sauerkraut, which is loaded with really good probiotics. I started eating a medium portion of cold or room temperature sauerkraut (do not heat it or it will kill the probiotics) every day and within the first few days my stomach started making normal stomach sounds again and within a week I was regular again. I later then also started drinking GT's raw kombucha and eating yogurt. I now just drink the kombucha pretty regularly and REALLY believe in it for a lot of reasons besides it's digestive benefits.So my advise is to forget the thousands of companies out there that are supposedly selling live cultures of probiotics in a capsule form and instead choose REAL foods to obtain your probiotics. It worked for me. Hope this helps you.

WOW! It really works!
This probiotic is amazing. I was looking for a probiotic in a dark bottle with at least 12 scientifically proven strains, and 40 billion CFU. I’ve done a lot of research and I tried different brands. Most of the probiotic are pricy and doesn’t list the names of the strains, before I wasted money for something that wasn’t working. This probiotic starts it’s work within the 2 hours of taking it. I became more happier because I feel healthy and simply great when I taking it. The best probiotic from the ones I’ve tried so far. Please never stop making this product!

I like the quantity (25 Billion per capsule/50 Billion per 2 capsules) & what this probiotic from Captain Biotics does, having no GMOs, being all-Natural, no fillers, no artificial ingredients, no preservatives or binders. That's very important, as well as being made in New Jersey USA. Of course the reasonable price is a super bonus!

Works Fine, But Costly
This is a good product, but every time I go to reorder the price goes up $2-$5. I've discontinued using it for this reason.

OK, but not for me!
This one just isn't working for me unfortunately. It seems to have everything that my nutritionist recommended but I'm not having anywhere near the same results I had when I was on Renew Life Ultimate Flora. I'm going to have to switch back next time even though it is much more expensive. I was hoping this would be a winner considering the great price!

Results as indicated
I bought this product because my stomach was talking louder at meetings than I was. It was totally embarrassing and I just wanted it to stop. Other than that, I didn't have other GI concerns but I had tried probiotics in the past and either didn't get relief or had side effects. I started by taking 3 capsules per day. I think it took about 5 days but the sounds subsided. Then I switched to one capsule per day. I even did a test and skipped the probiotic for a couple days. It only took 2 or 3 days for my gut to get loud again so I really feel it's the probiotic keeping things in check. Buying my second bottle today.

So far so good! My Dr. recommended probiotics and I thought the CaptainBiotics sounded like a good product. I've been using these for 2 months. No stomach upset! Very satisfied!
