Works... technically
I had to modify this to get it to install on my Chinese SKS (It specifically says it fits on Russian SKSs). However, I had to add washers to get any kind of stabile placement. The base of the mount is much narrower than the rear sight base, so it was wiggling left to right. That being said I paid $15 dollars for this mount and was not expecting much. I have shot my SKS with it installed but I'd be surprised if it stayed in one place.

Does not fit on any sks absolutely a pile of junk....remember cool things aren't cheap and cheap things ain't cool

Not made for a SKS
This would not allow me to take down my rifle and when I went to remove it the bolt snapped and I had to drill it out. DO NOT BUY

Don't waste your money
Poor quality, no instructions provided and holes are drilled in the wrong spot. It was tried on 3 different model sks rifles.

Not for a Yugo SKS.
They failed to mention that it is not for a Yugo SKS. We have a different rear sight construction. It looks like a great product, but I can't use it as is. I am going to do some grinding and make it work. It is an SKS after all. Beauty is not a thing.

Did not work
It didn’t work and the sight was slanted down which made it impossible to line up and rubbed the receiver

Price design made of aluminum
Excellent product for SKS 75 years plus old rifle great adapter well design just need a little explanation of how to use everything for some people I guess needs to be a little bit adjustment for the gas release lock but overall it’s excellent thank you very much
