These lights served my purpose perfectly. I ordered two for my driveway and the batteries lasted about 6 months and 2 weeks(one light's batteries died almost exactly a week before the other)After having an idea of how long the batteries last, I went ahead and bought a third one.My driveway is wooded, so solar panels were not an option, but these battery lights worked perfect. Super easy to install. Some reviews I read complained about the motion sensitivity, but they work well for my needs. They connect to each other well and when one trips, the next is almost instant.The main downside is no options. You can't change the sensitivity or light duration.Overall, a good product, if you need battery powered lights.

Nice bright light. Easy to use. Just add batteries, mount and that’s it. I’m happy with the brightness of the lights and the motion detection. It responds quickly. This is my third Mr Beams purchase and j have been very happy with them all.

Its a decent product overall. Its sufficiently bright for our pool patio. We didn't have any power at this location and needed a wireless solution. I thought I'd try battery over solar because we have solar pathway lights that don't even last all night and we get lots of sun here in AZ. So battery powered was the ideal option. I appreciate the easy install and how you can adjust the direction of each light individually to suit your needs. Where this falls short is that the light only stays on for 20 seconds.. That's just long enough for the burgler to see where your light is located and avoid that area again. I mean really...20 seconds? That's not even long enough for me to look out the window to see what triggered the light. Seriously, you guys need to design this to stay on longer. Better yet, make it flexible so each user can decide what's the ideal duration for their need.Pros: wireless, easy install, bright lights, adjustable headsCons: 20 second light duration is not enough, has zero adjustibility in motion sensor or light durationDespite all the good qualities, I would not recommend or buy this again unless they fix the design to allow a longer light duration.

Love the ability to go back and add additional lights later.

I had bought a Mr. Beams non-networked model over a year ago. I was especially pleased with the battery life. So when I was looking to add low voltage lights to illuminate my driveway, I figured it was worth a try to see how these worked. I initially bought 2. The networking was very simple and so far has worked perfectly. I added a 3rd light and bought a Mr. Beams non-light sensor (couldn't find on Amazon, so bought from Mr. Beams site) to place on my mailbox post at entrance to driveway to trigger the whole thing when I pull in. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 starts is for some reason, the lights are 50% more expensive in white than in brown, or at least they were at the time I purchased (I needed 1 white for decor purposes). Other than that, could not be happier.

I mounted this about 8 feet high on the wall under the entrance door inside a 12' x 12' feed room that doesn't have power. I figured that when I opened the door the light would come on sinceI walk directly under it. The light comes on but shuts off before I can get my feet scooped up even though I am still moving around. I have to wave at the sensor for it to come back on. The light is bright but it needs to stay on longer and stay on while it detects motion. If you want a light for a short time while you pass by, it is good.

Highly recommended!! Very easy to link together for simultaneous operation. Installation is straightforward using included fasteners. We are using six lamps for our backyard, there is a millisecond delay for farthest lights (about 50 yards distance between closest and farthest light) to illuminate in a cascading effect. As others have noted the motion detection distance is improved when it’s colder but not an issue. We are using Amazon batteries,no noticeable reduction in light output in two months use. Very satisfied with lights.

Can mount easily on any flat surface. With 4 D batteries this light lasts a long time compared to other brands.

I needed a motion detecting light for an area that does not receive good sun light, particularly in winter. This battery operated unit was perfect. Easy installation, not super bright, but moderately bright lighting. Very good motion detection. The 2 lights and the sensor are adjustable.I purchased 2 of these lights, putting one outside and one inside the large shed. If desired, there is a switch in the battery compartment that allows the lights to be linked, or function independently. When motion is detected outside my shed the lights inside and out turn on together. A great feature.You can also link quite a few of the lights to function together if motion is detected by one light.I highly recommend these lights.

Works well, easy to install. The netbright system works well (I also purchased two spots for other parts of the yard). Rain nor small animals (squirrels, cats, skunks) do not trigger the sensor, but picks up people just fine. The 20 seconds light-on time is sufficient for our needs. The lights can be rotated to point in almost any direction to suits your needs.We'll see how these perform through an Ontario winter. Will update this review if they fail. I took the advice of another reviewer and used electrical tape to cover the connection to keep out rain/snow.

Bought this light after buying four other Netbright single light detection fixtures that ran on battery just like this unit. They are great detect you and come on all the time at full brightness and are WIFI also so one comes on they all come on. Thought this would be really cool to mount near my trail camera so I would have a real good look at the wild animals. Figured working off battery and not solar power would work out way better in the bush. Also great news when the light is working proper with full light brightness the camera pictures are in colour just like daytime shots. The price you pay to day for this kind of product you would think the product would work proper or the company would be all over the problem like with Sears Craftman, Canadian Tire MasterCraft and Meon just to name a few. These are the problems I have had with this fixture.1> Well not detect movement right in front of it less than 10 feet away 4 times out of 102> The light will not come on at full brightness every time when it is triggered 5 times out of 103> After been tripped multiply times in a row it just stops working for a short period of time " Great if it is mounted to see to go up and down deck steps "

It seems very expensive for what you get, and it also says the batteries last up to a year, and with "D" cell adapters with THREE brand new "aa" alkaline batteries in each adapter (total of 12 aa batteries) it's going dim after a week. Also, there are no adjustments for sensitivity or duration, even the $16 corded light I bought had those. Not sure if I'd buy it again.

Acheté afin de l'installer sur mon cabanon dans lequel je n'ai pas l'électricité, j'ai été agréablement surpris de l'efficacité de l'éclairage et de la simplicité de l'installation. Facile à positionner, j'ai aimé pouvoir orienter les deux projecteurs vers les endroits différents que je voulais éclairer en cas d'allumage. La détection de mouvements est efficace sans être parfaite, mais est capable de détecter de petits animaux (putois, chats) qui passeraient à proximité. Ne me détecte pas par contre lorsque je suis sur mon patio à 25/30 pieds, mais je suis légèrement surélevé donc ça doit avoir un impact.Bien sur cela prend des piles spécifiques (4 x type D) mais elle restent facile à se procurer et tout aussi facile à remplacer. Je n'ai pas encore de recul suffisant pour juger de l'autonomie des ces piles en fonctionnement sur du long terme.Je recommande!
