Very much satisfied with product
I ordered this LG 8kg front load washing machine and this was delivered 2 days earlier, that's what I like about amazon services.The product is superb with better wash quality, less noise then other company and the, thanks to direct drive inverter technology by LG for less noise and energy efficiency with near about zero maintenance. The build quality is good enough bit still there is some plastic material used where LG can make it better. Over all it's the bets oneđź‘Ť

Good purchase
Packaging done very well. Installation was on the same day from LG. Very smooth purchase experience. Wash quality was very good on the 1st wash. Noise level is very low. Had read reviews about washing machine on google and youtube and most of the reviews gave LG 1st or 2nd place. Hence went ahead with this model. Have not tried the wifi option to connect on mobile app yet. Just been using it for couple of days now. Will share more after couple of months usage.

Noise level is ok.. not too loud..it's bearable...Initially I faced issue with vibration but after buying the anti vibration pads it is ok.. reduced a Lil.. LG dint recommend keeping the stand..overall happy with the purchase..

Received a product dents on body
After along wait of nearly 10 days got a machine with dents on us body.Replacement done, no qurstions asked.

Side of the washing machine has lengthy dent. Water leakage near front leg.
First of all delivery service failed to deliver on scheduled date, then we found large dent on right side body near leg and water leaking near front leg.
