Didn't slide down my leg at all, unlike other products, wasn't quite as supportive/stabilizing as I was used to when It came to activities like squats, but felt great when I went snowboarding, hiking, and playing basketball. My knee was definitely less sore at the end of the day. Unfortunately after about two weeks of use I left it out after a run; and my dog thought it was a toy, product was torn to shreds and is awaiting pickup from the garbage men. I will most likely be ordering another because I never had to readjust the compression sleeve even after hours of activity and sweat.Need to emphasize this is a compression sleeve, not a knee brace. Meant to aid in circulation with minimal support, if you need real support search amazon for knee braces, and skip the products the say sleeve or compression on them.

This is great for what it is made for,.....Compression. Many have suggested it is like a brace, but nay-nay my friend, it only compresses and comforts the knee area. It helps the knee cap stay in place and that is good enough. I found another use that you might find helpful if you havea loose knee from worn-out knees that need a brace. Slip on the Sleeve, then slip on your brace with the metal supports. It made me give outa big WOW when I belted the brace down. What a nice helpful idea it turned out to be. I went bowling, and saw myself have a 55 pin jump inthe game total. It repeated, and I had only one pain rocket, instead of several times a game. Maybe it might help you in a similar way. Good compression. Does not slip. I am walking all day at work, and this sleeve gives me breathable support to my bad knee. I tried neoprene sleeves with the hole for the kneecap, and the hole always is too irritating to my knee and the neoprene is too sweaty. This is a great alternative that meets my needs. There are silicone bumps that keep it from slipping. I rarely need to readjust the sleeve. Thank you. I am glad I found this product.

Stand all day working in a factory on concrete floor my knees were really sore at the end of the day. Bought two of these to see if they would help. I really see the difference at the end of the day. There is minimal pain now where before the pain was so intense I was contemplating seeing a Dr. I really recommend this product.

Overall a very good product. Does it what it is supposed to and seems to hold up the few days my SO used them. The edges don't roll up or down, which was a deciding factor in purchasing this particular item, that along with the lower price compared to other ones in Amazon. It is just a tad thicker than she would like it to be but I'm sure she'll get used to it after a while.Sizing chart is pretty spot on.

I love my knee compression . Due to a minor illness I wasn't able to test the compression until last week. I absolutely love it. I was an avid runner until my knee surgery in 2013. My doctor said I would never run again and I was on my way to proving him wrong but then I had an auto accident later during the year after my 50th birthday which made me think my doctor could be right. After more rehab and the Tommie Copper I was able to walk on the treadmill. I saw your product on Amazon and read the reviews and I figured I have nothing to lose. Wow, lets just say I wish I discovered this 2 years ago. I am now running/walking 2 miles in 30 minutes with an incline thanks to your compression sleeve...yayyy. I will definitely be ordering another sleeve soon. Thank you.

I do a lot of running. I started to get pain on the outside of my knee due to my it band was tightening. This brace helps keep the pain away and keeps my knee stable. The brace stay's in place does not move.

Not a bad sleeve except it was too tight at the top band and hurt my thigh. Maybe if your thigh is not as thick (fat) as mine it won't hurt you. Otherwise nice compression, felt good on my knee, just not on my thigh. I cut off the top band and rolled down the top half and it helped...that top band was just a little too constricting for me.
