Loved it until it stopped working
It was working perfectly for 3 weeks then it failed to boot windows or install a new version. Sent to repair and never came back.Customer service could not know any information about the device status and they promised to refund.

Used warranty?
Good computer. Bad that when I turned it on for the first time, several months of the one-year warranty were already passed. Don't know how to explain that (maybe a refurb being passed off as new?) but in whatever case, if this thing dies seven months from now and I get denied warranty coverage, I'm going to be pretty unhappy.
