I wanted a simple, straightforward robot vacuum cleaner for this small flat. I didn't want to have to faff about connecting it to Wi-Fi or programming it - just to work from the remote control. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I wasn't sure if it would even be useful, given that I can do the whole place in about 15 minutes with the upright vacuum cleaner.In fact, I am delighted with this device and how useful it turns out to be. On its normal suction mode, it can tootle around, lifting everyday dust and dirt, and keeping the carpets and flooring in a nice state. The extra suction mode does well, too. I still get the upright vacuum out, of course, but it's less of a chore and I don't have to do it as often.I was very pleased that it manages the thresholds between rooms without trouble and is grand on my fitted carpet (not a deep pile). It manoeuvres around pretty well and I have learned to block off the area under my desk where there are extension sockets and various cables for the pc and so on, to stop it trying bravely to climb in there.The dustpan is small, but lasts long enough to do the place, especially after the good job it did when it was new of lifting hair, etc that the upright hadn't lifted. Remote control is simple and easy to use. The instruction book had rather small type, as these things tend to have, and so I found a copy online and downloaded that for ease of reading.Everyone's needs are different, but I found this model just fine for my requirements and feel as if I have saved a couple of hundred that I might otherwise have spent!

Worked straight out of the box after an initial charge. Fascinating watching it! You have to check that there is nothing that it can get caught on - ours took a fancy to shoe laces! Also, you need to be sure it can’t get under something and then get stuck. We have one wardrobe that it fancies getting stuck under! It cleans quite well but does miss a few bits. Good for day to day cleaning but not for a thorough clean. Easy to guide with the remote and then tell it to go home which it does reliably - we call ours ET!

No complaints so far. Does a good job picking up all the bits from my hard floor and I even took upstairs to do the carpet and it took all the surface crap off there too. It didn't get deep into the fibres so a regular vacuum is still necessary. I've had these (not this brand) before and they've not lasted very long so I'm interested to see how long this goes before breaking down.

I find the bot goes the same path all the time meaning that it leaves half the room uncovered.Doesn't Hoover as set by time or date on the remote controlVery fiddly and unpractical directing with controlsNever finds docking stationTakes a long time to charge and dies pretty quickly without actually finishing the jobOver all I wished I saved more money for a more expensive bot at this definitely doesn't Hoover the whole house just random bits here and there so I don't bother using it.

I am disabled and I was unsure about buying this robot cleaner and I was so excited to get it today I have a dog and the amount of the hair it picks up is very good, it's helped me a lot keeping my rooms clean, I have a cleaner once a week and when she not here I use this, quick delivery

If it’s possible to develop affection for a robot, I have. Gets all the corners, and battery lasts much longer than I expected it would. I have more energy and time during the day thanks to this little machine. Instead of pouring hours a week vacuuming up dog fur myself, I just press the on button and in 10 minutes all the dust bunnies are gone.Definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon.
