The best Bentonite Clay I've ever used!
I have been using this brand "AZTEC SECRET" since 2006, and I love it! It is easy to pour into a glass of water, and mixes easily. I mix 1 tablespoon of Aztec Secret Food Grade Bentonite Clay with a tall 20 ounce shaker cup of purified water. I then shake it up and drink it down. It really works great to rid your body of toxins, relieves bloated stomach, nausea, and helps eliminate years of waste from your colon!Since being on the Keto Diet, I use this recipe 2-3 times per week to keep me from being constipated and bloated. It helps keep my tummy flat, and I feel great!

Clay smells like mold, not sure if I can consume it, it should ideally smell like mud but does not.
