I love my Trolley Dolly! I use mine weekly, or more. I expect a lot from my Dolly, and it does the job well. I normally carry 1-3 one inch binders in mine, plus a small small musical instrument and a heavy duty tripod. The pockets are full of accessories for my instrument, snacks and whatever else I feel I need. I purchased this cart to haul this gear to club meetings, band practices and performances. I also took it to a music festival, I left the binders at home, using the Dolly for two instruments and tripod, I also carried my electronic tablet, a purse and a small lunch bag all inside the cart. I can also strap a music stand to the back side of the handle.I can load up my Trolley Dolly and lay it down on its back in my van's cargo area and I don't have to fold the handle down. Narrower vehicles require me to undo the Velcro at the top of the bag and fold the handle; it’s not difficult to do. I tighten the drawstring to help hold everything inside and stick the flap to the Velcro tab. The flap also protects the contents from the weather even though my instrument is a few of inches taller than the bag. The wheels are large enough to negotiate most steps; I had some trouble with some unusually tall concrete steps at the back door of one establishment. The wheels work well on hard surfaces, broken sidewalks, carpet of any thickness.The cart was easy to assemble, despite the minimal instructions. The "new" smell dissipated in a short time and was not over powering. I have an issue with certain odors.My regrets with this cart are: I've had my Trolley Dolly only five months and the plastic pads on the front leg are wearing out, one is broken. Duct tape to the rescue! I am hard on those little things. The mesh pocket is a great idea but is not tall enough to hold a regular size bottle, I keep losing the bottle out of it. A taller pocket or tighter elastic top would be a great improvement. A drawstring top would also work, I used to have a rolling back pack with that type of closure on the beverage pocket. My solution is I often use the umbrella pocket for my water bottle or I carry the shorter size bottle in the mesh pocket. The wheels are holding up well so far, although it's developed a little squeak. The bag is showing some wear. Again, I expect a lot from my Dolly, it is used often and it's pretty heavy duty use. I also find that my loaded bag will sometimes slip to one side, at the bottom so that it is rubbing on the wheel. Maybe some more Velcro straps would eliminate this occasional problem. Another improvement would be to make the front pocket a zip closed.Eventually I may attempt to replace the bag with a heavier material, if I put myself to the task of sewing a new one. The manufacturer also sells replacement bags and wheels, according to other comments.I recommend the Trolley Dolly to anyone needing a nice cart! Yes, I do have some issues with it but I still love the Trolley Dolly, every time I use it.

I'm a gigging jazz flute player and I use this to help me carry gear..It's sturdy and really nice including a side pocket for a water bottle. The only thing I don't like is that the cloth is not attached to the base in such a way that you can lift it out of the car fully loaded by the cloth handles. You need to lift it by the metal handles only... It seems sturdy enough that doing this has not broken it yet but I still worry. It would probably be safer to remove the empty bag from the vehicle and then load it.

I have only used this once. The handle should be made to extend some if needed. I am 5'5". It still could be longer for me. The stars I said I like it for its better than carrying my groceries. Still will be looking for something else. For the next day and even now 3 days later my back hurts really lots.Update..have had this about 8 months. I still will say the handle could be longer, but it works the way it is and my back is getting used to it. I use it weekly sometimes two or more. I don't drive so use public transit and this is so much better than lugging groceries in canvas bags for I try to get as much as possible in one trip. It works great on the bus and not overly big. I have the check out clerk use plastic bags to pack my groceries then I will unpack the plastic bags and pack my cart the things myself. I have a canvas bag made for frozen things at the bottom and pack it with frozen and things needed to keep cold. Zip and and then pack the rest. I can get 5 to 8 plastic bags and one-half gallon of milk. I use a bungie cord attached from the aluminum handle on the outside in the out mid section or so. It has worked great for me.

I have several different kinds of shopping trolleys and my favorite is a Reisenthel. The number of manufacturers is finally catching up to the demand in the U.S.The frame and the bag are totally independent. The frame has rugged wheels and a sturdy platform for the shopping bag to sit on. The independent frame allows me to change this out to another bag as long as that bag has a bungy cord type loop around the back that slips over the handle, or I can just use a bungy cord. I keep these open and in the trunk of my car. Since this trolley isn't attached all the way around the frame, the bag has a tendency to fall to the side of the frame and I have to realign the thing when I take it out of the car.But, this is a great price for this rugged canvas bag and versatile trolley. I would buy this again.

Home run! Worth every penny. It's just what I was looking for. It's lightweight and well made. The design is simple. I never had any problems trying to figure out how it folds. The shelf is not too long. Love the big back wheels. Sometimes I take the bag off and use a square basket and fasten it onto the frame with a bungie cord (art supplies). In it's upright position with my basket, I can lift the whole thing and lay it down into the trunk of my compact car. The bag is great too. It's also very well made. There are 3 zippered compartments, 2 side pockets and one front pocket. It can be easily removed and worn using the shoulder strap. The whole thing is a smart design.

wanted to use the cart with and without the bag. The cart was ok with the bag, but when I filled it to full capacity, the cart wobbled and was a bit flimsy.Without the bag, the base wasn't big enough for boxes I wanted to use it with.The stairs wheel worked quite well.

I love this backpack trolley! Very easy to assemble coming from someone that hates assembling anything. The whole structure is light and very maneuverable. I've been surprised how much I can put in the backpack. Its huge. I was concerned about the size at first but its very roomy. Very easy to lift into the back of my SUV and the wheels are large. The backpack is made out of a canvas material so very sturdy construction. Highly recommended especially if you have to go back and forth from work.

Mejoraría ponerle un tubo o algo en el respaldo debido que al llenar la bolsa, ésta se va hacia atrás perdiendo estabilidad el carro. Es decir necesita un respaldo.
