An excellent high protein low calorie breakfast for the price. Simple to make.

Yuck!
These omelets tasted so bad that I threw them away. What a waste of money! I'd give it negative stars if I could. It's not even worth the one star.

Diet omelet
When you're Craig a good ole egg while on your diet, this satisfies the craving. It's a little gritty, but it's a nice change from cereal and oatmeal.

Perfect for hot meal on the run
This was perfect for me as I need the protein but am not a big fan of eggs. I would recommend this to all.

Not a great taste.
The only complaint I have with this one is the taste. Maybe if they had a plain one. Their other products are pretty decent. Sorry guys....please improve on the taste. Something with the cheese maybe?
