Yes Atari, that is what I have and I really like this case. Also, it is good quality. The only drawback is that it is heaven if you try to carry it with its wheel attachment which you probably wouldn't do anyway. You can detach it but you are probably buying it because it is on wheels. I highly recommend it. Hope this helps. Oh also I even put my 17.3 in a sleeve and then put it in the bag for added protection and it still fits.

Q: Will this bag fit in overhead compartment of regional jet?

Yes it will and the detachable wheels can be remove for hand carry to fit the compartment for the regional jet as well. It also has a strap that you can hook on to another luggage. This bag in particular Brown color has received many compliments from all over the world when I travel. It is very durable as well. Hope this helps,

Q: The rubber is torn and falling off the wheels. How and where can I get replacement?

I do not know that. Try a bike repair shop or replace the wheels.
