They Hold my thick hair perfectly
Like these extra long Bobby pins. They hold my hair in place especially since I have thick hair. I would not sleep with them I tried. Other than that there a great quality hair pin.

Great for securing fabrics
I got these to hold folded fabrics in place. I am a quilter and fold up my fabrics and these work as well as quilt clips to secure the ends of fabric. Sturdy, easy to open and they glide on.I also use these to pin my hair away from my face when I wash my face. They don’t snag the air so they are easy to get on and off.
