I ordered a 2.5 mm figaro chain 24k plated and it had the stamped tag indicating what is what’s made of and it looked great. So I ordered 2 more and neither one had a tag or stamp indicating what grade of gold . Both didn’t look nearly as good as the first one . Strongly suggesting that it was not 24k plated . A real shame because the first one was so good. Can’t trust this seller

This jewelry is the best quality for your dollar in my opinion. On top of that the customer service is quick to respond and are legit when they say they will replace your broken or damaged jewelry. I will for sure continue to buy from LTJ

The material and comfort is there but the clasps are week and break early

Got this for my son. Looked good for the first year. All the coating came off and just looks constantly dirty now. He didn’t wear it everyday.

Alright, I brought the chain back in August of last year. I wore it everyday thru everything. Gym, well water, shower, work etc. It ended up tarnished. Here’s the magic. I sent an email to them asking how to complete my replacement from the warranty they have, I got a response the same day. They sent it out fast I got it in about 4 days. I also had a charm they sent separately though idk why. But. The customer service has been great since my first purchase.3rd replacement btw. Jon is the best.
