Using it to make tea
Good packaging and seems like a clean and good quality product, though it's new to me so I have no basis to compare. I soak it in the refrigerator overnight, about 1 part seeds to 1 part water, then use a couple of teaspoons brewed with a mug of hot water for 10 minutes and drink before breakfast. The softened seeds are a bit like barley, the tea is mildly bitter but pleasant. No ill effects, such as digestive upset, have occurred.

Those are organic fenugreek seeds, they are very fresh and fragrant, I like that they are gluten-free and vegan and USDA organic

It's Fenugreek Powder, used in cooking, looks good, not used it yet!

Great for sprouting
Of course these fenugreek seeds are used in Indian dishes, but i love to sprout them, mixed with other sprouting seeds or just by themselves. Great in salads.

Is Fenugreek a food additive or just a filler?
Only time tell if this product is a food additive or just a filler! I’ve Only had this product for about a week. I’ve seen a little appetite difference but only time will tell if that’s my subconscious making me eat less or the fenugreek actually doing something. As far a flavor goes, I’m still trying to figure out why this product has been used so diversely across cultures. Smells and tastes like herbal essences.
