Onite® 2 x 2350mAh Battery for LG Optimus 4X HD P880 / LG Optimus LTE2, wich Charger

My original LG battery had been underperforming for a while, and I found myself charging my phone twice a day (and I recall certain days when I had to do it thrice!). However, the phone's ROM and kernel had a lot to do with it. I'm currently using my fourth custom ROM (SlimKAT 4.4.4) and power usage is noticeably better now, even using the old battery. So, the two new Onite batteries perform pretty much the same as the old one, even though I would've assumed they would last a little longer, given that they have a little more capacity (2350mAh vs 2150mAh). However, having three batteries is still a plus, I don't mind turning the phone off once a day to replace batteries, instead of having to plug it on the wall and wait. Now, as for the charger, that's why I give the product a 3-star rating: it has never fully charged my batteries. The most I have obtained is a 90% charge and that's leaving it for one more hour after the LED goes blue. And man, it is SLOW. This 90% charge comes after 6 hours... Good thing I have one battery already charged and ready to use while there's one loaded in the charger, or else I'd spend a good chunk of my waking hours waiting for those things to charge up. Finally, just taking it out of its box there was a small clinking sound inside of the charger, like a tiny bit of plastic let loose inside of it, so perhaps something came broken, even though it works.UPDATE: Onite Customer Service contacted me with an offer to replace the seemingly defective charger, which I find pretty nice from them. Hopefully I'll be able to make further edits to this review with a better product... :-)UPDATE 2: Onite effectively sent a replacement on due time but since I was away on a long trip it wasn't until today that I could actually test the new replacement charger. Fortunately, this new replacement unit worked much better, cutting the charging time in some two hours, more or less and, most importantly, it now charges up to 100%. I'm very satisfied with Onite's customer service and their quick response. Good thing!

I've edited my review. Edit is at the bottom.This is the second unit I've purchased. The batteries work about as well as the OEM version. The problem is that they've changed the charger design, it is not the one shown in the picture. The new charger is a big pain to use, and it doesn't fully charge the batteries, leaving them at about 97%. The biggest drawbacks are that the charger is adjustable for different size batteries causing two problems. First you have to manually position the pins that make contact with the battery. These battery's contacts aren't labelled correctly on these batteries, but I was able to figure the out which to use contacts by referencing the OEM battery. Once this is done, hopefully you won't move the pins and have to readjust again. The second problem is the spring mechanism to hold the battery in place. I guess it's adjustable for different types of batteries. However, it is a very difficult mechanism to use. You can no longer just drop a battery into the changer. You have to move a slide back and put the battery in while making sure to align the contacts properly. This means you have to unplug the charger from the wall, slide and push the battery in place, and then plug it back in. 5 stars for the battery, 1 for the charger.Edit: I've revised my review from 3 to 1 star. There seems to be a third charger issue. It appears that when the battery finished charging, the charger shuts off but then uses the battery to power the led light. If you remove the charger from the wall with a battery attached, the LED continues to glow, getting its power from the battery. Problem is that when the battery finishes charging, the charger shuts off and then begins to drain the battery. The longer the battery stays in the charger after charging is complete, the less charge you have on your battery when you put it in your phone. This flaw seems to supersede all the other charger flaws. See attached image.

First of all I have an LG Spectrum 2 and these batteries fit well and work excellently. These last longer than my stock LG battery and charge as fast as the LG battery. Long-Term durability not known but comparing these batteries to the LG it almost looks like they were produced in the same factory! The only reason this didn't get a 5-Star rating is the Charger. The Charger was DOA and never worked, not matter what I tried. Buy these 2 batteries and just charge them in the phone and then put them into the boxes they come in. And then replace them as needed. They store well.EDIT 02/2015: Both of these batteries remain in steady use. No issues. Cannot recommend this make enough!

For the past several months, the battery in my LG P870 would die in about 6-7 hours, which was extremely inconvenient! Even though I frequently would close all running apps, shut off my phone while at work and during the night, it didn't extend the life. Recently, I downloaded Task Manager & Juice Defender, which did give me an extra 45 minutes per day. I've only had the phone a year, so I can't upgrade to a phone designed to use less battery for another year. Someone recommended Onite to me so I thought it was worth a try. Yesterday was the first day of use, and what a difference - it had life for over 12 hours!!! Other than doubling battery life, I also love the notecard that came with the batteries because it gives tips on extending battery life - some of which I didn't do with my original battery (would it have lasted longer if I would have known about these tips???). At this point, I am a happy camper & ready to recommend this product to any one frustrated with their cell phone battery life.

Il prodotto è ben congegnato e comodo da usare. Le batterie sembrano di buona, se non ottima, qualità.Il caricatore è molto comodo anche per via della porta USB che consente di caricare contemporaneamente una batteria e un secondo apparato; Presentava però un lieve difetto ad uno dei contatti per la batteria; per fortuna è smontabile con tre viti, e ho potuto fare un piccolo intervento di riparazione per fissare con plastica fusa la linguetta del contatto, che altrimenti rientrava e non toccava la batteria.Per il resto è un prodotto più che dignitoso, ed il prezzo vale abbondantemente le sole batteria. Consegna nei tempi promessi.

Ho acquistato il set batterie caricatore Ed ho Ricevuto rapidamente gli oggetti acquistati. Le batterie fanno il loro dovere e tengono bene la carica per come descritto, go trovato invece debole meccanicamente il caricatore il cui contatto si é danneggiato già dopo poche ore di utilizzo costringendomi ad aprire l'apparecchio per un intervento di riparazione andato per fortuna a buon fine.

Le batterie sono di ottima qualità, ne ho inserita una in un lg 4x hd e una in un lg L9. Funzionano perfettamente e hanno una resa leggermente maggiore rispetto la batteria originale, inoltre nella confezione è presente anche un carica batterie con porta usb. Utile. Sono veramente soddisfatto. Hanno anche un prezzo molto basso.

Läd die beiliegenden Akkus und den original Akku meines LG 4X ohne Probleme. LED zeigt Ladezustand an. Die Akkus haben eine etwas höhere Kapazität - merkt man aber wenig bis nicht - aber sie sind auf original Akku Niveau.Wo ist der letzte Stern hin ?Die LED ist schon etwas hell und das Gerät brauch deutlich länger wie eine Aufladung wenn der Akku im Handy ist.

Il mio smartphone non arrivava a fine giornata. Ora grazie a queste nuove batterie riesco, con il cambio, a farlo durare due giorni!
