Since a back injury years ago I’ve had to get chiropractic adjustments almost weekly. Finally figured out my shoes where one of the main factors! They didn’t matter before the i jury, but after it, my hip was getting misaligned due to poor arch support causing my foot to tilt slightly inward.I got my foot measured and tried a few soft and hard supports. These hard supports are by far the most universal and best I’ve found.I slip them under the original padding of the shoe and my chiropractic trips are 1-2 times per year now instead of weekly!I’ve had one set for over a year and they still work like new. They are hard plastic and very durable.I paid $65 for a set at a local store and later found these for 1/2 that. They are the same size and I’ve bought 3 more pair.Truly a life saver for my back injury which will never heal correctly.I’ll eventually have a set for each shoe so I don’t have to swap them between shoes.

I used these as shoe inserts in five pairs that I have. They are well worth the money and pay for themselves in foot comfort that you'll get.

My teenager has high arches and plays sports on turf fields, these are great insoles for turf shoes and cleats. When she forgets to switch these over into her other shoes, her feet hurt (heels especially), so we have a couple of pairs.

I have been searching for these heat moldable insoles for years. I have several old sets that I have completely worn out. These new ones are great. They are a little wide for some shoes and OK for others. I found that about 30 seconds of heat from a heat gun and I was able to cup the sides up slightly, narrowing the insole and now they fit all shoes fine. I plan to buy more.

I was suffering from planters fasciitis for a couple of weeks and after using the arch supports for two days the condition was almost completely gone… have been using the arch supports for over a week now and condition is completely gone, very happy with the product and have not had any more problems with my feet.

I use these for all purposes. They replaced a custom fit pair. In both the custom fit case and these, there are comfort issues.But compared to no Orthodox, these are a big improvement. These have less arch (than custom) which i believe is the cause of discomfort. I am thinking of somehow adding a 1/4" or so of material under or over the arch which may help. Bottom line tho is they help. (I've tried softer "Orthodox" which are almost no help to me.)

It worked but not long term fix for me

I bought two sets one for my husband and set for myself. My husband and I had to stop using the arch support for the right foot. It increased our the pain .
