I purchased this bag last month and I want to love it but unfortunately, the #1 feature I loved about this bag, the wipes dispenser, isnt really working for me. It doesn't form a complete seal when it's closed so all my wipes just end up going dry before I can even use them. Without this feature, it's just another backpack diaper bag. I haven't found a dispenser that fits in the pocket. The bag isn't big at all so carrying an extra wipes dispenser in the main compartment completely limits the cargo capacity.The straps could also be better but when wearing as a backpack the straps keep adjusting on it's own because it's one strap looped thru a ring, so it ends up feeling lopsided, and when u have hands full with baby it can be very uncomfortable.

I was really excited about getting this diaper bag. Overall, I like it but don't love it. I think there are a couple of things that could be improved. The diaper wipes container doesn't keep the wipes wet. Within a couple of days the wipes were dried out so the front pocket for the wipes is completely useless. Second, I don't love the straps. It's difficult to get the bag on- it'd be better if the straps were thicker and two separate straps like a regular backpack that are still adjustable. The bag itself is durable and is easy to keep clean. I love the look of it and have enjoyed using it.

I love the look of the bag, but the stitching has not held up. The leather piece that holds the straps has broken and the top zipper for the small pocket is coming apart. It is also difficult to put the bag on because the straps pull all way to one side or the other. The wipe dispenser does not work for me either, but I love the concept.

I'm not sure who I can contact now but I purchased this for a gift, which was just opened to use and the backpack straps were not included. How might I go about getting these?! No complaints other than that but I know she loves the backpack function - and is unable to use as such. Please help!

I have had this bag for almost a year now for my second baby and I wish I had it for my first. I love the design and the functionality of it. It offers many pockets for baby and also for my things from getting lost. I love the convenience of the wipe holder in the front. It's super easy to clean. I love having the option of carrying it as a bag or a backpack for more hands free. I absolutely love it!!!
