Mountain Ridge Sauna ESF101HCE 1-Person Ceramic Heater Sauna

not my first sauna....this one takes forever to heat up especially over 109. That could be in part to a gap around the door...they could have sealed it but even at 109 my back is hot and my feet and legs ae freezing. Im going to have to find something to try to seal around the door..really bad design. they say its out of stock...probably a good thing..had I used this sauna prior to purchase ...I would not have bought it....had to add a star before this would post but its a NEGITIVE 5 stars

This sauna does the job. You will need 2 people to put it together. The pieces sort of lock together and it is not air tight, so I had to use some caulk and weather stripping to seal off some problem areas, as far as air leaks are concerned, in order to reach the desired and maximum temperatures. I love it and use it about 3-4 times a week.

I like this sauna alot. It heats up reasonably fast and is easy to operate. The heat is even and there is ample room for one person to sit comfortably inside. I like the radio feature and light features and generally spend my time reading when I am in the sauna. My fiance and I put this together in about an hour. The instructions on how to put it together were adequate (my word for nothing special) and for the most part it is simple and straight forward assembly. I use this about once a week and it seems to help with muscle soreness when I over do my workout and for general relaxation. I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because when sitting on the bench sometimes the heating element under the bench causes my legs to get a bit too warm and I have to adjust my seating to be comfortable which is hard to do in the smaller space. I'm 5'8" and my fiance is about 6' so if you are taller than that you may want to get a larger unit.
