It's important to make sure your eyebrows are clean and with no lotions or skin oil. Let them fully dry.Step Two: PRESS APPLICATOR PAD INTO INK. Cover the silicone stamp into the ink pad, making sure the entire pad is covered with the tint.Step Three: FIRST TEST ON PAPER. It's best to make sure the ink is evenly distributed and not too dense on the applicator pad by stamping a piece of plain white paper.Step Four: APPLY TO BROW. Next, roll the applicator from the inside of your brow area to the outside, following where your brows are or would naturally be. If it's not enough, repeat Steps Two - Four. Step Five: SWITCH STAMPS AND APPLY TO THE OTHER BROW. It may take a little practice to make your perfect brow, so be patient while your developing your own method.
