This product does make the beard softer. Doesn't smell much. Good Value.Honestly I bought this one because all the other beard washes on here are like viking epic bacon and gun sweat infused.

Helping me manage a soft beard with minimal skin issues!
I was having a lot of issues with ingrown hairs and cystic acne beneath my beard. There aren't very many products on the market today that really help with it (one common product is beard oil - I did NOT want to make my skin more oily). This wash is a little bit expensive, but a little bit goes a long way, and my beard feels much less itchy with way less skin issues.
