Not as big as it looks in the picture (that must be a tiny rottweiler), and our dog tore a hole in this in two days of very limited use. She is a toy destroyer, but her other VIP/Tuffy toys of the same toughness rating have lasted months. It was cute, at least.

I am an aquarist and I have some pet goldfishes (not dogs) at home. I told my family and friends to do not buy more fishes and there we go 😆 My husband bought this one for me as a gift. ( lol ) I love it, it’s super cute and I keep it for me. It’s really strong and very well made but I would not give it to a dog, it’s too cute and mostly dogs specially those big ones will destroy it. I will give it a five star rating anyways, just be aware if you have a dog that chews all the toys breaking them.

My dogs are not heavy chewers by any means, but there is something about a stuffed toy that brings out their desire to rip things. This did not survive the ripping.

I bought the fish-shaped toy for my lab for Christmas and the fins got taken off 20 minutes after receiving it. The core of the toy itself is tough, but not for long. He just completely tore it apart after having it for only two months. Not worth the $$ sadly.

My dog is a heavy chewer and she made short work of this one. It took her less than an an afternoon. I have it 3 stars because she still loves the unstuffed fish carcass. I threw it away and she swiped it out of the trash and has been carrying it around for a few weeks. 1 star for durability and 5 for appealing to the mutt.
