Great Quality, But Now There's a 2-Pack That Costs Less Than This Single Cart
The printer toner business is turned upside-down with these lower-priced cartridges. This one arrived in elaborate bubble wrap (see my pic), and the cartridge was enclosed in a sealed metallic plastic bag. I was impressed.I compared its print quality with the branded high-yield Brother cartridge, and the two carts looked the same, as did their resulting printed pages (see my pics). So why does that Brother-branded cart cost so much more than this? Information asymmetry. And why would I want to pay more? I don't.The next thing I know, I found cartridges that are even cheaper than this $18 one! This ink cartridge is 100% compatible with my Brother Laser Printer. Fits exactly like the original. Prints just as good as the original. Half the price that Brother charges -- so I'm happy.
