Not as advertised but ok for the money
Firstly it is not 'anodised aluminium and glass' as stated. Product does not look much like the picture. Pretty much entirely plastic, the 'stand' is just two pieces of plastic, not the nice tripod in the picture. The LEDs inside are not as pictured, but cheap string LEDs, the cable features an exposed connector (it's safe but doesn't look nice) and the control unit is pretty low quality too - but works. All that said, the 'genuine' ones of these retail in the hundreds of pounds, this copy is functional, it works as a lamp and is probably worth twenty quid. It's difficult to be disappointed at this price, I knew it wouldn't be as advertised, the shipping alone for aluminium and glass from China would be more than I paid for the lamp plus postage. Just be aware it is not as shown. Also took considerably longer than advertised to ship and arrive - like 6 weeks. Vendor offered a discount for this.Rating would be higher if the listing reflected the actual product, I'd have probably bought one of these for £20, and if the shipping dates had been accurate probably 4/5.As it is, 2/5 is generous for a product so different from listed.

Not as pictured
See the 2 star review for how it actually looks. cheap plastic and a bit tatty. Actually the most disappointing thing is that the LED strips are not put around every pentagon so you have no nice geometric patterns, instead more of a random effect, which is pretty enough. If this thing was £5 I would say bargain. I think £12 would be a fair price. I would give it a 2 star, but it loses one because of the dishonest representation of the product.
