Don’t buy this product, mine were broken in the box and customer care refused to replace or refund. Don’t let the brand fool you, happy plugs is a very cheap and unethical company. They won’t be around for long with business practice and cheap product offerings.

These headphones are THE WORST.1. They're uncomfortable and hard to position.2. The tap commands are confusing and not intuitive - volume up on the left, play/pause on the right, hate it.3. The sound is awful. I have to put the volume all the way up on my phone to have a good sound from these earbuds - might be partially due to how imperfect their fit is in my ear.4. They die SO FREAKING FAST. Mine last 2-3 hours MAX.Same yourselves money and the headache, just buy the MPOW ones, ugh.

They don't fit at all

I have been a happy Happy Plugs user for many years and when I lost my case for my other pair I decided to try a more economical option and went for a cheaper version. These headphones look nice but are incredibly uncomfortable and the sound is terrible. Can't even hear anything when I blow dry my hair and I usually listen to podcasts while getting ready. Want to enjoy a chat with a friend with these? Forget about it the microphone doesn't even work, they could only hear muffled sounds.I decided to try out the soundcore life p2 mini earphones instead and they are incredible and a better price. Don't waste your money on these happy plugs.

It is a very nice product Just won't hold a charge for more than 10 min

商品の設計が良いのでほぼ確実に落ちないのがすごいですし、軽いので疲れませんが、如何せん音質が微妙です。でも聴けない訳でもないので使用しています。音質改善したらパーフェクトです
