Is this cushion comfortable for larger people (ie, plus sized)?

Seat cushion is the size of standard size chair. Seat cushion has cutout for tail bone. Both cushions are very comfortable for long periods of setting (i.e., conferences). Just used for a 4-day conferences at 8 plus hours per day. Attendee were envious of our cushions! JHS

How thick is the cushion for sitting?

It is thicker than most other brands of this type product (we have tried many others). It is also a little longer front to back and wider side to side. It has also stood up to hours every day of use for over a year. It is still buoyant has not mashed down at all. It is a little better than the other cushions in several ways. I'm talking about the seat cushion. The back cushion is a typical back cushion, nothing special. But the seat cushion is superior and so much better than any of the others that I have tried.

Is the back cushion wide enough to use in a car?
