Total game changer for me as a source of insoluble fiber. Most other options (cellulose, etc) do not fully dissolve and are grainy to chug down. This mixes well and has a light nutty taste. Goes great in milk, but great for any liquid or in a smoothie. Great quality and great price.

Great product for baking my low carb recipes.

I bought this to bake bread with. I wasn’t very happy with results because there is an odd sweet aftertaste which is not very good with a savory sandwich. I will definitely use the remaining to make cookies, muffins, pancakes, sweet bread, but I’m going to be looking for a different oat fiber that has a more neutral taste so that I can bake bread with it as well as sweet baked goods.

I've bought this several times now and will keep doing so. It's flavorless and chalky by itself of course, but mixing it into recipes is easy as it disappears. It's a super fine powder, not grainy, so it mixes in nicely. I add it to my protein shakes and as an alternative thickener/dry ingredient in my salmon patty recipe to boost fiber without adding more regular flour carbs. As I mentioned it disappears into whatever you add it to, so it would be great addition to baked goods, casseroles, gravies, breading/coating, etc. or anything you might put flour in (but not a flour replacement). Since I don't add to a ton of things, this size bag lasts a long time. On average it takes me a couple of years to get through one bag. Worth the cost vs buying powdered fiber additives intended for protein shakes and digestive regularity.

My nutritionalist advised me that I should find a way to get an additional 30g of fiber in my diet daily to help control my blood sugar. Well this has worked for me! It's tasty, as tasty as eating 30g of fiber in a large glass of water can be. Which has the taste of a soggy whole wheat bread roll. But it works for me so who cares about taste.

Good quality stuff from this company. I have their heavy cream powder too. This will work great in my keto baking.
