Doesn't taste the greatest but helps with energy and nutrients intake and digestion.

I got this for the value and price but it flavor is not the greatest. It tastes okay. I don't know if I will buy this again.

This is our first time trying this kind of products. The husband and I snack entirely way too much and I wanted something that was healthy for us and to replace a snack. I bought these country farms super greens in berry flavor and the super reds in mixed berry flavor. These products were priced reasonably enough that I could afford to try them for effectiveness, and taste. I also bought body fortress whey protein in vanilla flavor. In the mornings with a light breakfast I mix 1 scoop of protein powder with a scoop of Super greens with about 12 ounces of 2% milk. This seems to satisfy us, keeps us fuller longer and reduces the urge for snacking. This mixture taste like a vanilla milk shake and I do not notice a grassy taste that others Have mentioned. In the evenings an hour or 2 after we have eaten our dinner, I mix the super reds with about 8 ounces of our favorite juices. We use tropical, peach or pineapple favors and it taste like a glass of juice with no after taste. I can’t say that I feel like I have more energy but I do feel less tired through the day. Don’t know if we have lost any weight, have only been using these products about 2 weeks. We have been very consistent with this product. Since we like the taste I will reorder and see what we have accomplished in about a month. In mixing these products, I have shaker bottles with the whisk gadgets in the bottom, I add the liquid first and the powder last. I haven’t had a problem at all with it mixing good.

Okay, let’s be honest here. Saying this stuff tastes like dirt, is an insult to dirt. It’s supposed to be berry flavored? Berry disgusting…It took all I had to keep it down after chugging a shake. At least my wife got a good laugh out of me gaging and nearly blowing chunks into the kitchen skink. Obviously, I won’t be finishing the bottle so it’s wasted money for me. Perhaps it’s good quality and ingredients, but I’ll never know because I can’t finish it. If you’re taking it for improved digestion, know that you’ll never get that far either. I can’t imagine who’s giving this more than 1 star. It’s too late for me, but hopefully I can save others the wasted money. Honestly, just eat your veggies.

Taste is nasty

I decided to try this because I suffer from Crohn's Disease. I have to be incredibly careful about what I eat. Some days, the thought of eating at all makes me nauseous, which then spirals into a whole new set a problems. I'm in my forties now and want to make sure I'm getting proper nutrients on a daily basis, beyond my daily multivitamin. This product has been amazing. I don't mind the flavor, but I would suck it down even if I did. After a week a feel better all around. I have more energy, better focus, and I just feel healthier. And knowing that I'm putting these nutrients into my body helps relieve my daily anxiety of what I can or can not eat that day. I absolutely love it.
