Faulty dirty product
The glass of one of the cups came cracked and the lid for the cup had a big black stain. It did not feel like I had recieved a brand new item. Won't shop here again.

Don't stir with a spoon.
Good marks on most aspects of this product, except the second time I stirred my drink with a spoon it broke a hole in the bottom side - spilling drink all over the kitchen. Call me crazy, but I expect a glass thicker than those I've used for 30 years to be able to stand up to a spoon stirring. Was very disappointed.

Both Unexpectedly Broke
I bought this a week ago and have been using only one of the two cups. I always handwashed it and took extra care like I would with an glass or ceramic cup. I came home today only to find that the bottom had cracked and so did the sides. I was upset since I really did like. I thought "Well at least I have bought a set of 2." Well, guess what? The second one (the one with the lid on in the pictures) also cracked in the same places as the first. It was UNUSED and stored in an empty cabinet. There was nothing around that would have damaged it. The fact that both crack after ONLY A WEEK is very upsetting especially considering the price. You'd think it would be more durable. Nope. Hell, you can just buy a glass cup from Walmart and that would last longer than this, plus it would be cheaper. You're better off buying a plastic BPA tumbler than getting this. The only positive was that it didn't leak when I used it.

I loved them…until they unexpectedly broke
I loved my little boba glasses. 5 stars until they broke. I hand washed them. I cherished them. I never stirred with anything but the included straw. Imagine the betrayal when I spot this big ol crack when the glasses were drying. Sad day. I have glasses from 20 years ago that are in better shape. 3 months of weekly use is a rip-off. We are totally breaking up.
