LOVE MY JKLOUD! My JKloud makes camping/ overlanding so easy.-Excellent Quality: all parts are strong, durable, easy to clean, military grade for sure.-Security: Am thankful for the security of sleeping in my Jeep when camping or over landing, as well as knowing the straps won’t give out while I’m sleeping.-Set up / Ease of use: The new straps make hammock life sooooo easy, painless, and versatile with the multiple height options. I don’t have to set up a tent if I don’t want to. Fast transitions to cargo cover, hammock, sunshade. Hint: for faster sunshade transition, keep the bungees attached to roll bar where you position them with first sunshade use, and the bungee balls turned toward the inside of Jeep to allow roof to stay snug and water tight when on.-Roof on: easy to just slip the straps around the roll bar (front: simply release the passenger and driver side clamps in front of windshield to loosen freedom panels and push up slightly; rear: nothing to loosen just slips around it).-No pain!: I wake up with no back pain like with an air mattress in my Jeep....no pressure points with the hammock.It doesn’t cocoon trap you, no bed or mattress to maneuver.-Easy to get in and out of: the multiple heights on the new straps make it easy to get out of on the fly (ie when Mother Nature calls) when you have the driver seat to lowest level, tilted all the way back, front roll bar straps on one side to roll bar and the other to middle front clamp (in front of windshield), allows you to roll out feet first into the drivers seat.-Cargo: I also slept over all my tons of gear with no problems, hung right over it, then in seconds dropped it to cover my cargo.-Warmth: Is warm but doesn’t sleep hot thank goodness, I use a sleeping bag in the cooler hours of the night.-Customer service: is straight up the best, most friendly, and prompt I’ve ever experienced when purchasing any product. I love this product. I bought it back in January but being in Michigan, didn't have much use for it until now. I actually had a slight issue and despite buying it almost 6 months ago, the Seller remedied it quickly, same day, and beyond what I was expecting. I also had some questions regarding using it as a sun shade that were also explained well in the same Seller response. The materials are heavy duty and I can tell it will last a long time. I have used it so far as a cargo cover and did get to play with the hammock a bit today! I also like that aside from the brackets on the roll bar, that you can neatly store with room to spare, the hammock, bungees, and carabiners all in the area under the floor of the back of the jeep. I see this product bringing me far more value in Joy than the cost and wouldn't hesitate to buy if you are on the fence. With so many accessories for your Jeep, to have one system that works well for so many purposes, this product is a no brainer for me. The product is amazing, but like many things, when somebody produces and sells a product, and takes as much pride in their product and service as they do at JKloud, it's hard not to want to support them too. Tarp, sunshade, cargo cover, hammock, keeping yourself clean while having to work under the Jeep on a trail... regardless of your purpose, I think those that purchase will appreciate this product!

Firstly, Amazon sent the wrong model, but as soon as I contacted the manufacturer, they sent the correct model to me immediately outside of Amazon. In an age where customer service is virtually gone, from car repairs to medical care, this was outstanding and I really appreciated it. The item itself is great, well made, more comfortable than I expected and a really fun add on. My girlfriend and I went to the park and napped in the back of my four door and it was a great option to have. Only drawback, and is unrelated to manufacturer, but people should know-I have a 2021 wrangler JL four door sport and the front seats do not fold forward as they would in almost ANY OTHER CAR. (Very irritating omission, jeep. Cmon guys?!) this minimally affects the hammocks ability to fully extend, but barely and as I said, my girlfriend and I still fit very comfortably. Frankly I didn’t even know the seats didn’t fold forward until I installed this item. But great, fun, well made item and the customer service was fantastic

Received my 2dr JL version last week and was excited to have a chance to mount it over the weekend. Looking forward to a field run soon! Obvious care was taken in every aspect of the design and fabrication of this hammock system - the parts are very strong and of the best materials. Documentation is great and installation was a snap. It's very configurable and comfortable.

Saved a lot of money on hotel reooms.

Just missing some parts but all and all it's a good item

I bought the JKloud a couple of months ago and since I live in the LA area where Patrick (the owner) is located he helped me install it. Probably wasn't necessary as it was super simple but really appreciated his help. I've put it through its paces both as a laptop work setup and for the occasional nap. It works GREAT! Highly recommend!
